Anxiety & Stress

Whether it’s generalised anxiety, panic, social anxiety, health anxiety, or the chronic stress of trying to keep it all together — support is available. We’ll explore what’s driving your anxiety and build practical, personalised strategies to help you feel more settled and in control.

Depression can look different for everyone. Whether you’re experiencing persistent low mood, a loss of motivation, exhaustion, or a quiet sense of hopelessness — you don’t have to sit with it alone. Therapy can help you understand what’s happening and find a path forward.

I work with people who have experienced difficult or overwhelming events — including complex trauma, childhood experiences, accidents, or loss. Using trauma-informed approaches including EMDR (Level 1), somatic therapy, and CBT, we work together at a pace that feels safe for you.

Living with ADHD or a neurodiverse brain in a world not designed for it is genuinely hard. I offer specialist support for focus and attention difficulties, emotional dysregulation, shame cycles, executive functioning, procrastination, and the exhaustion of masking. I work with both diagnosed and self-identified individuals.

Grief is not just about death. It can follow the loss of a relationship, a career, a sense of identity, a pregnancy, or a version of the future you expected. I offer gentle, non-judgmental space to grieve at your own pace, without rushing you toward ‘moving on.’

Big life changes — separation, parenthood, career shifts, relocation, or health challenges — can shake our sense of identity and direction. Therapy can help you navigate transitions with greater clarity and steadiness.

How Sessions Work

  • Session Length

    Sessions are 50 minutes long and held via Halaxy telehealth (or Zoom as backup)

  • Location

    You can attend from home, your car, your lunch break — wherever you feel comfortable and private

  • First session

    We'll talk about what's brought you to therapy, your goals, and what feels most important to you

  • Ongoing sessions

    We work collaboratively toward your goals, adjusting the approach as needed

  • Session frequency

    Typically fortnightly to begin with, then adjusted to your needs and budget

Who I Work With

  • Adults aged 18 and over
  • Teenagers aged 15–17 (parental or guardian consent required as a matter of practice policy)
  • Clients holding a valid
  • Mental Health Treatment Plan (Medicare Better Access) — see Fees & Medicare page
  • Private (self-funded) clients — no referral required
  • Clients located anywhere in Australia

Who This Service is Not For

To ensure every client receives the most appropriate care, the following presentations are currently outside the scope of this practice:

  • Children under 15 years of age
  • Clients currently in crisis, experiencing active suicidal ideation, or requiring immediate psychiatric assessment
  • Clients experiencing family violence who require specialist DV support (I can provide a referral to specialist services)
  • Clients with active, severe eating disorders requiring medical monitoring
  • Clients with primary substance dependence requiring detoxification
  • Clients presenting with acute psychosis or mania
  • Clients requiring forensic or court-mandated assessments
  • Clients located outside Australia
