Depression can look different for everyone. Whether you’re experiencing persistent low mood, a loss of motivation, exhaustion, or a quiet sense of hopelessness — you don’t have to sit with it alone. Therapy can help you understand what’s happening and find a path forward.
I work with people who have experienced difficult or overwhelming events — including complex trauma, childhood experiences, accidents, or loss. Using trauma-informed approaches including EMDR (Level 1), somatic therapy, and CBT, we work together at a pace that feels safe for you.
Living with ADHD or a neurodiverse brain in a world not designed for it is genuinely hard. I offer specialist support for focus and attention difficulties, emotional dysregulation, shame cycles, executive functioning, procrastination, and the exhaustion of masking. I work with both diagnosed and self-identified individuals.
Grief is not just about death. It can follow the loss of a relationship, a career, a sense of identity, a pregnancy, or a version of the future you expected. I offer gentle, non-judgmental space to grieve at your own pace, without rushing you toward ‘moving on.’
Big life changes — separation, parenthood, career shifts, relocation, or health challenges — can shake our sense of identity and direction. Therapy can help you navigate transitions with greater clarity and steadiness.
Sessions are 50 minutes long and held via Halaxy telehealth (or Zoom as backup)
You can attend from home, your car, your lunch break — wherever you feel comfortable and private
We'll talk about what's brought you to therapy, your goals, and what feels most important to you
We work collaboratively toward your goals, adjusting the approach as needed
Typically fortnightly to begin with, then adjusted to your needs and budget
