Warm, neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-informed telehealth therapy for teens and adults — specialist support for ADHD, anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief, wherever you are in Australia.
Support for persistent worry, panic, overwhelm, burnout, and feeling constantly on edge. Together we can explore what’s driving your anxiety and build practical tools to manage it.
Specialist support for attention, focus, emotional regulation, shame cycles, and the day-to-day challenges of living with ADHD or a neurodiverse mind.
A safe, collaborative space to process past experiences, understand trauma responses, and rebuild a sense of safety and connection at your own pace.
Gentle, non-judgmental support for low mood, grief, significant loss, and the pain of life transitions — including when things feel hopeless or stuck.
I’m Sureen De Silva, an Accredited Mental Health Social Worker (AMHSW) and AASW member with specialist training in EMDR therapy. I have a particular interest in working with adults and teenagers living with ADHD and neurodiversity, and with high-performing people quietly carrying anxiety, stress, and burnout behind the scenes. I believe everyone deserves to feel genuinely heard — not just assessed.
My approach blends evidence-informed therapy with warmth and a strong commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, shame-free practice. I work with teens aged 15 and older and adults of all backgrounds, entirely via telehealth.
